I am a gold customer of Jazz since 2005. On April 4, 2018, I visited your Business Centre (Redco Plaza) Islamabad to get transfer of ownership of my official number in my name. Mr. Bilal Ahmed processed my request and informed me that ownership has been transferred. I requested him to activate J999 package and 5GB internet package on my number. He told me that the same has been done. However, after 2 weeks, I got an sms informing me that I have consumed my internet package. When I called your helpline, I was informed that neither J999 nor 5 GB internet package has been activated on my number. On the suggestion of CSR, I subscribed 4 GB internet package until my requested package is activated.
To my utter disappointment until the end of April, no requested packages were activated. I visited Jazz Business centre once again on April 24, 2018. Once again I was told by your staff that the desired packages will be activated effective 2 May 2018. However, until today, this has not been done. When I contacted your helpline they informed me that a security deposit of Rs. 1500 is required for activation of J999, I was never informed by your staff posted at your Business centre about this deposit. This clearly indicates that either your staff is not fully informed or they are deliberately hiding the information for obvious reasons.

I am requesting immediate activation of requested packages on my number else I may opt to say goodbye to Jazz forever for not being customer friendly.
