Dear Sir,
I am experiencing constant problem with my above resident phone. I have complained several times but get no response from line men or other concerned staff. The phone works for few minutes only each day and is out of service for most of the day.Please take necessary action ASAP, otherwise I may have no choice except for discontinuing my phone ,as I do not want to pay line rent for a phone which is of no use to me or my family.Hoping for an early action.
