Honorable Sir,
With reference to above mentioned C.P No 2318/2014 High Court Hyderabad Sindh, I would like to humbly submit here that:
1. That the applicant is law abiding citizen of Pakistan.
2. That the father of petitioner was serving in the Department of Education & Literacy in Government of Sindh as A Primary Teacher at GBPS-Sahib Khan Lahbar.
3. That the father of petitioner was passed away during service in the year of 2011.
4. That as per the policy of Government of Sindh regarding the employment on deceased quota, it is approved that if a son of deceased Government employee submits the such application for employment within two year of death of the employee, it will be considered and order of appointment will be given to the particular candidate.
5. That as per the orders of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan, that if the application for employment against deceased quota may received then the compliance in giving employment order to the candidate should be given within the period of 12 days.
6. That the petitioner had submitted the such application for appointment against deceased quota to the concerned department through secretary of Education & Literacy Government of Sindh in year of 2012, but no any of the response is given by the department yet.
7. That the petitioner filled the C.P (CP No. 2318/2014) in the Honorable High Court of Hyderabad Sindh in September 2014.
8. That after passing of 4 (Four) years of filling of the petition neither the notices are not being served nor any order is being passed by the Honorable Court.
9. That the petitioner has lost his economical strength in wasting his time and money for attending the Court
Prayer:
It is therefore humbly submitted to the Honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan to please may pass the orders to the concerned department or Concerned Honorable High Court for resolving the matter in giving the employment through deceased quota in particular case, and any other relief which this Honorable Court may deems to be fit, in interest of Justice.
