I forward 3 PTCL complain out of which only single PTCL phone is OK

Details as below to open the sleeping management and staff of PTCL how they are careless and lazy to remove the fault.

Tel No. : 32234567 remain dead for 1 week when I forward complain than after 1 week this PTCL ok (Mar 31, 2018) remind when PTCL allow rebate for not using land line for 15 days during the month of Mar – Apr 2018 pls do not delay )

Tel No. : 32242991 remain dead since last 2 months and I am send several complain during 15 days but all my efforts ZERO result, when PTCL staff think to remove the fault? Plus giving another reminder to PTCL allow rebate for not using land line for 2 months and 15 days during the month of Mar – Apr 2018 pls do not delay

Tel No. : 32229349 is still remain dead for last 1 week when your staff will remove the fault ( remind when PTCL allow rebate for not using land line for 7 days during the month of Mar – Apr 2018 pls do not delay )

Does PTCL staff is real owner, what kind of pain or problem they faced when to remove the fault? What happen if PTCL reply the consumer that complain received and resolved shortly which is not a good practice?
