Dear Sir,
It is stated that I am account holder of M/s Faysal Bank Ltd and using a valid ATM card No 4283 4490 0049 2990. The said ATM card was not inserting in any ATM machine due to unknown reason and for the matter, I properly submitted my complaint to Faysal Bank Management at 28/03/2018. In response to my email, the management asked me to hold for seven working days for updation or restoration of any suspended status of my account.
It is stated that uptil now, my card is not working which is very inconvenience to me. You are requested to issue guidance to relevant authority to reactive my card for my convenience.
