Complaint against my new nino Sim and customer care

Dear Sir,
I am telenor user from May 2005 to till date. i have never face any problem before but last three months. i had a request more then three customer care representatives but my problem has not been manageable even assurance from your side.
Problem # 1. i am not using date internet even my mobile history shown 0 byts of internet usage but i received massage that your are using higher rate internet simultaneously also my balance has been deducted.
Problem # 2. i have requested that please block promotional massage but still i received even customer care representative assure that we have blocked.
i need to back my balance which was not used in date network by me.
and i did not received your replay i will switch to an other network.
