Dear Concern,
My credit payment was settled within due date and got the confirmation as well within due date but nobody informed me from HBL that still I have to made this payment in order not to face any late payments. This is a fault from HBL system not from my side but after that HBL was chasing me to do the payments etc well i did just because i don’t want more late payments in case of non payment but after getting the payment HBL is not reversing it .
So pathetic service i have ever seen in this bank and i guess its very pathetic bank of Pakistan ever. Their employees don’t know how to work. Totally bad response every time. .
