I want to address the PTCL management & CEO for this negligence and approach to your esteem newspaper and special request to please include my this letter so the sleeping PTCL management will awake first, allow rebate, remove the fault and take immediate action against black sheep staff.
I want to share what my experience with PTCL careless attitude towards its consumers. I lodge 2 PTCL complain AND sending email many times ( during 1 week ) but PTCL have pain or problem to remove the fault.
1. PTCL NO.# TEL 32242991 land line dead since 2 months due to cable fault & I am forwarding complain to PTCL and request to remove the fault and allow rebate for not using PTCL for last 2 months ( if you people billed the consumers) besides if you can’t remove the fault till Saturday Mar 31, 2018 all extra rebate of 25% for not using the PTCL land line.
2. PTCL NO.# TEL 32234567 dead since last 1 week & what is the fault, I am also complaining since last 1 week (if you people remove the fault till Saturday Mar 31, 2018 ) than must allow rebate of 50% to the consumer for not using the PTCL land line
Please make sure to remove the fault and who will responsible for this careless act?
