LES 2925, Time 8pm, exiting Sial interchange.
I think with daewoo’s consistent deterioration and poor service is due to non responsive and irresponsible management. The bus mentioned above made a judgement call to disturb the exit queue at Sial interchange by pushing and jumping the a normal working queue encouraging others to make a third lane.
This is not the first time I have experienced this situation especially with Daewoo’s bus drivers. They make calls during driving, rude behaviour with customers and dangerous driving has become a norm in the service. Oh and not to mention the ever frustrated hostesses. I dare you ask them for a glass of water twice.
By the way Daewoo has a complaint registering number 111-007-006, don’t waste your time, they won’t answer.
