After getting token from reception on Monday 26th March,2018. I waited for almost 2 hours for my token number display on screen which is 37, I received a call from Mr. Subhan saying come to me on quality desk. I ask two of other employees that I received a call asking me to come to quality desk. They said it is not procedure. But you may go to quality desk as subhan called you. Remember my TOKEN NUMBER 37 still not displayed on screen.
When I go to him. He ask me harshly that we have a complaint against you. When I start replying He says’ I am not here to listen you’. I said ‘ listen to me but he is not. Finally I ask him. Now what’ he says you are blocked permanently. I said ok and came back.
Please put proffesionals and pressure absorbing individuals on seats otherwise careem will lose many captains with behaviour of their employees.
