hi , i m haris pal my ptcl account id :100001730254 and fonenumber: 0514105033 .against these credentials check my bill is about 8600 .my bill should be around 1700 rupees . dont understand why these type of things happening in ptcl i m user of ptcl of around 10years and i have installed this on january 17/2018 and now my bill is 8600.i have contacted the francise of ptcl they speak complain it and they dont agree with me i want the recording of the guy who book my order for wireline and wireless (internet) i have pakages of 999 40gb internet and freedom plus pakages where all calls ptcl to ptcl is free and Ufone .i have talked to the represantive about 30 minutes and he missleads me i only have issue regarding calls give me the recording of the that guy who books my order give him a panelty or what ever deduct his salary not us we are customers .I am attaching my bill copy kindly see and make extra charges minus from my account .And give reply immediatly so i can reopen my connection
