Dear Concern
We had already made complaints through telephonically regarding your courier services but still no positive response from your side.Please note that we JS Bank having corporate account with you but here your local riders providing us very very much poor and zero services.On daily basis new rider comes .Most of the time they delivered delayed of after 1 to 2 days.Also not come on regular basis for picking mails.Due to this attitude we are suffering alot.Who will be responsile for this.Look into this matter on proority basis otherwise we have no other option just to stop working with you.We already forward this complain to our Head Office as well.
