I am facing serious problem with Ufone. I have been a Postpaid user for more than a decade now. 2 months ago, I went to convert my number to Prepay to which they are saying that there has been some problem with my monthly billing as they were not charging me fully. Now they are asking for more than Rs.10,000 while my limit was merely Rs.2,000. Moreover, last week they found that there are more technical problems so the outstanding amount will further increase. For the last 2 months, my number is blocked but since it is a postpaid number so monthly charges are being applied. I told them to put my name in their defaulters list but still it is not being solved. Please guide me what can i do!!
