Dear Sir / Maam
Hope you are doing well. My wife and family are happy customers of Jazz since last 8 year. I personally sincerely appreciate the splendid coverage and service of Jazz in Umarzai (My home town). Strengthening this bond further with Jaz, I wanted to convert my network to Jaz from Zong, for which I visited the nearest Jazz Franchise at Umarzai, Charsadda. But with very heavy heart and regret here is how I have been treated at your Franchise.
I entered the office, said Assalamo alaikum, no body responded for the first 10 seconds. Then I requested one of the attendants at computer for MNP. He didn’t say anything rather a child (who seemed an outsider) told me to give him my phone. I am sure the child was not among the staff because he was waring very much filthy, dirty clothes with dirty hands. He did all the MNP messaging sort of things and started opening my Gallery of my phone upon which I insisted the child to give me my phone back. He and other staff did mind this, when I asked for my mobile back, which was my right. Why should I trust somebody to keep my privacy of my phone gallery?
After that another old man entered, the attendant shacked hand with him, and did for him whatever he wanted of him to do. The attendant looked me liked an insect, a nobody, although I preceded the old customer in entering the office. Anyways, I ignored the drama so far, all the entry in the biometric machine and my thumb was taken by the very same child; charged me 100 rupees handed me a sim card.
I asked the computer attendant a question again about the sim card and he didn’t responded, upon my revision of the question he with very shrilled, insulting, strident gestures and words reacted to me and told me that he has to deal the old customer first and then me. I told him to mind his gestures upon which he insulted me further in front of the public. I asked for the in charge of the office to talk to him about his behavior but they all seemed grouped against me.
My first ever experience in Jazz, ended with an insult and disgrace. I request the Authorities to please take notice of it and take strict disciplinary actions against the responsible individual with in your statutes. Otherwise I shall have to file a court case against the Franchise staff member for his misbehavior. You can confirm what I said from the CCTV photage if you have at your Umarzai Franchise. Jazz is responsible and reputable organization and didn’t deserve to spoil its reputation just because of an irresponsible, unprofessional computer guy.
