Hi,
I was visited KFC with my family last Saturday (Sep-24) around 10PM at GT Road Baghbanpura Lahore branch.
I was really traumatized once I enter in KFC, environment was too much dirty as main doors are open and due to metro construction whole floors was dusty and also too much humidity was there and no air-conditioning was on both floors. On front desk I ask why AC is not switch on and they said talk to duty manager (his name is M. Waqas), on my demand he meet me and give me lame excuse that due to electricity failure they switch off all gen sets and when I told him that I also live here and it’s not electricity shutdown timing then he said he will check, I request him I wana leave this place but need complain form he said wait and after more than 10 mints he come back and told me that we don’t have any complain or suggestion forms if you want to complain you can write down on plain paper and he will forward to concerned.
At the end I return from KFC without having any food and now I strongly recommend my family and friends not to visit any KFC and my last question can KFC maintain such environment in any posh area like defense then why KFC treat like this customers of GT Road Baghbanpura Lahore branch. Are KFC charge for same food on less price if not why such difference in environment.
