We have ordered about 4 parcels since last mo which are scheduled to ship via tcs service. we are continuously calling tcs team for our tracking and the workers are continuously trolling us, like your parcel is here or there.we have been told we do not provide service in your area and we drop parcel in nearest office.3 of our orders were returned despite continuous contact ever since we are visiting offices and response we got was worst. please have mercy on us.it would be kind of you. it is the worst experience ever.
