Asslam 0 alaikum… How are u the team. I had purchased a4tech hs-30 model headphones set, a couple of months ago. I use the headphones for whole day during my office work. Initially it was good for a couple of days, but after that, I have started having rashes on the outer sides of my both ears and some to the behind ear area as well and its giving me pain and urge to irritate my ears. The rashes can be seen visibly.
I want to return that product back to you asap.
So kindly cooperate, take it back by making me the payments of that.
