I’m trying to buy the 100km package but there seems to be some kind of a problem and I cant buy the package. I use careem to travel to my school and since the customer care isn’t responding to my calls I’m facing a lot of problem in travelling.
everyday I have to spend extra amount to reach to my school and this is getting very expensive for me.
I was recommended careem by my uncle and he is also facing the same issue.
please help me out with this.
Ive been using careem for the pas 10 days and it was very safe and secure but these past 2 days have been very problematic and I’m getting late for my school.
hope to get this issue resolved ASAP as I have to go every day and I can not spend extra amount because of this.
