Hi. I just subscribed to Warid’s internet package of 50 MB for Rs.12 and it successfully subscribed. After about an hour I received a message from 6138 that Rs.100 have been deducted from my account because apparently I subscribed to JazzMovies monthly package? I want my 100 Rs. back or well As.118 as I checked the previous deductions amount and they shamelessly deducted it with tax. If this is a customer service error which was unintentional I’m willing to forgive but if it was because of some greedy money stealing customer service employee I hope he gets fired. Also the merger with Warid should have facilitated the customers more instead we get worse customer service?
