Tonight I was in emergency in Islamabad F11 sector, I book ride in go, near about 2145 hrs, driver mobile no was +923445396475, i contact him, he refuse to go in Rawalpindi and also Press button of arrived so that he get charges of cancellation, I don’t know where he was. Careem help line no was not responding, so I have no way to cancel a trip, so I book next ride.
My charges of trip cancellation my please be refund.
