This message received your side but your captain is not her I m waiting almost half an hour but your captain can’t come then I call him then he said I can’t come and use abuse language and said I can’t go so u cancel request
Your rider response is very bad and he wast my to much time
And then I call again Careem so your other captain I come and I go
When we reach your captan charge extra 150 and said your previous balance
So my point is that your driver can’t come so why you charge 150 extra to me your captain use bad language and you charge to me extra 150 why that’s not fair so is my request kindly give back 150 rupees on my Careem account
