Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my telephone No. (021) 34494203 is out of order since August 01, 2016.
I have registered a complaint No. 43 on 01.08.16 but of no avail and it was closed on 10.08.16 without making my phone active.
I have been assigned a new complaint No. 97 dated 11.08.16 and reminding 1281 and local Model Colony Telephone Exchange at (021) 34510000 but as of today of no avail.
I have to bring to your kind notice that on 18.08.16 phone has been restored for a one minute and one PTCL guy, Faheem, Incharge of our Area, phoned at our number and asked my family to press “1” so that PTCL know that our phone is working now. After one minute my phone become out of order.
I wish to bring to your notice I was using internet service on my phone but every month PTCL staff working in our area make my internet faulty and ask for money to restore. I have, therefore, no choice but to disconnect my internet connection and keep only phone line.
i am afraid that due to this type behaviour of PTCL staff no one is interested to keep PTCL lines at their homes instead use mobile phones.
I would request you to please look into the matter and arrange restoration of my phone at the earliest.
