I visited UBL Cant Branch Rawalpindi, I had to visit thrice to get my Account Opened In this Branch. I fulfilled all the requirements provided my salary slip (attested), utility bill copy. Then they opened my account on my third visit.
When i went to collect my cheque book they refused as they said our audit is in process and you bring your utility bill so next day i visited again and provided them with my utility bill to get my cheque book.
I am not going into details about the casual attitude of your staff and their unprofessional behavior. I called tonight for cheque book and ATM activation and was told that my account is temporarily blocked as HEAD OFFICE SENT DOCS BACK.
All i need that please activate my account remove all the discrepancies, i have already provided you with my documents.
i will not visit the branch again and again to get one account active am already having a very bad customer experience.
Please am already repenting my decision to get my account opened here lets not make my experience worse.
i dont need any action against your staff or else just need you to activate my account and IF you cant entertain my request just close my account and remit me my initial deposit of RS 500
