Hello, My name is Shan-e-Muhammad, My SNG # is 127049. i am suffering from worst Costumer services.
I launched a complain last night. Nobody visit to my location.
Today i call again to confirm the status and i got a shocked news
Someone whose name is nadeem, cancel my complain and mentioned that my issue is resolved and no more need to visit.
I am surprised
Now today Again mis-handling from qubee costumer relation officer
Miss javeria (costumer care officer) relaunch my complain on wrong SNG #. I am from karachi and my re launched complain goes to lahore service centre.
i am speechless ….. don’t know what to say or what to do. Should i change my mind to other internet provider?
