Dear concern,
Please note that careem pakistan charged unauthorized charges from my meezan bank debit account. I have not made any ride on Oct 21 and Nov 04, 2017 but the careem charged from my account on oct 28 and nov 04, 2017 of amounting Rs. 109 & 13 respectivley. I ahve alredy made complain on oct 28 and today through email and phone but no one respond me positively. Also the call centre representative behaviour espically Mr. Ahmed is very rude and he waste my time about 30 minutes without entertaining my request.
You are requested to kindly do the needful at earliest.
