Dear Sir,
A person named WAQAR MUGHAL (as he calls himself) having 03027246906 phone number is constantly obnoxiously bothering my Cousin named MAHWISH Bearing CNIC number 4210173318676 Having 03323258876 Cell phone number.
The person is teasing in a way that he sends vulgar, forward, and lame text messages to the number and all the social media network that’s being associated with this number like WhatsApp, IMO, etc.
He has been teasingly calling and messaging continuously since March 2016. If cousin blocks the number, he tries to contact with some other unknown number and teases so much.
This is the serious case of Harassment and should be dealt with strong actions against this person.
