UBL Bank charged on me SMS activation charges without activation of credit card and when your relationship manager meet with me regarding credit card at that time he did not provide me information or awareness regarding this charges
Further, on October 26, 2017 when i contacted on your help line she disconnect my call
It is requested to you please revert these charges on urgent basis
