Faizan Ateed was the name of the driver. I was located in Gulistan e Jouhar and requested for a ride. This driver accepted the ride when he was located in Defence and the application said it would take approximately 45 mins. We called the driver and asked him why he accepted the ride and that he must cancel. He rudely misbehaved and refused to cancel and asked us to cancel. Please refund the money back and charge the driver and revoke his job. He has no respect or decensy and is ruining the image of your company. The driver rode a Toyota Corolla plate # BAY 520.
