I booked go plus service captain reached behind of my location atleast 1 kilometer far and I call him many time but he didn’t answerd me and disconnect my call and then I reach the captain location and he Sandenly cancelled my ride I have many prove by phon screen short but careem deduct the cancellation charges from my account you r requested to please refund my amount with claim thanks I hope u will taken the action the caption
