Dear Sir,
I would like to register my complaint about my PTCL landline/internet connection (021-34761116) as well as the PTCL staff attitude, from 02 moths my phone and internet connection becomes dead every after 2 or 3 days, I have registered many complaints about it but no action taken, I am paying my bill regularly and sincerely but no response, PTCL technicians and call complaint center operator says if you have problem so get disconnected your connection.
How this type of attitude PTCL staff showing.
Kindly get rectified my connection problem and take action against the staff who are spoiling the PTCL name and its business
