Sir,
i am consumer of your company since long with regard to my ptcl telephone No.021-36331190 which is in my use since long but when I have installed Broadband on my ptcl number since then i am facing lot of problem because after every 20 to 30 days my broadband and land line services has stopped without any reason and then when i approached the concerned Exchange i.e. F.B. Area Naseerabad Exchange as well as online complaint centre 1218 but the same has rectified after 20 days and/or 25 days and lastly May, June, July and August 2017 my broadband and ptcl land line were closed due to none payment and then when i approached on 28.09.2017 to the concerned Exchange that my telephone line and broadband services were closed but billing of the same is continued generated and then the operator of the said Exchange advised me that if i will deposit 50% amount of my ptcl bill then they will adjust my amount of the said period i.e. May, June, July and August to September and on the said advised i have been deposited Rs.4,660/- in respect of my ptcl bill i.e. 02136331190 and in this regard i also lodged two complaints which are 1) 53 on 28.09.2017 and 2) 24 on 05.10.2017. But Sir, till to date i have not received any positive reply from the ptcl Company in this regard. Therefore, i request you Sir, please do justice with me and adjust my amount for the aforesaid period which is mentioned above which i could not use but ptcl company continued generated bill in respect of my ptcl number 02136331190 and give me relaxation in this regard. I will be thankful to you Sir and oblige.
