I am Tahir Naveed from Allama Iqbal town Lahore.
I purchased Dawlance refrigerator 1.5 year ago and yesterday its compressor damaged. I logged complain regarding this and I am informed that your compressor warranty is valid while your service warranty is over. So you will have to pay visit charges, transport charges, labor charges and 3200 gas charges. I said ok you provide fix me compressor, I will not take gas from you. The representative said you have to take gas because it is company policy. My point is that; if am not ready to get gas, why company is imposing this to me. They should give me warranty claim of compressor and it’s my problem to fill gas or not. Please solve my problem. My complain number is 1041014.
