Dear Sir,
Reference to the below emails conversation i am requesting you that since the day of my connection installation my connection is not working properly and smoothly i am requesting and complaining to PTCL agents and SDO too and line mans but Alhamdulillah no one has been taken action.
My cable has been cut due to road construction since 6 days up to now not yet rectify and ptcl SDO is saying we dont have budget and sources for its repairing you have to wait more for resuming your service , in august month my service was disconnected due to the same issue for 15 days they said we will adjust in the coming monthly bill which is not adjusted yet and bill has been issued for august, is this justice? i am humbly requesting we are the customer of PTCL they should serve us because we are paying the monthly bill and they receiving salaries but no one is working properly please looking forward for your kind and immediate action against those who are involve in playing with me.
