First of all i would like to mentioned here that since Careem Services started in Karachi, i enjoyed the services whenever i needed. Gentle Riders, soft spoken and presentable and caring. But since last 2-3 months Careem Services facilitation is going down. Reason is here under:
1) When starting from booked point, they stressed to say that where is petrol pump. This is not client headche. Rider is fully responsible to update his drive, why client phase ugly situation. I am 100 % sure this is the wastage of time and trying to get units, which is totally client loss.
2) In the rush /peak hours they follow rush lanes on the road to generate units and making money.
3) It is observed that some riders found either drunk or use cigarettes and find Rider in diszziness. This is unbearable.
4) The Rider some refuse to go under our route guidelines and force to go on their way. Very surprise.
Suggestions:
5) Putting AC on low level.
I would like to suggest, Riders hiring should be carefully with all aspects. Respect the clients using Careem facility. Rider should be presentable all the time. Soft spoken with client. Follow the Client guide route till last destination. Advise Riders, not allowed addicts material. Riders not allowed to mention that i am from Defence or clifton area. Safety is top priority if someone or family using in the Careem facility.
Hope Careem will take care of clientale and hoping best services in the near future.
