Respected Sir,
Kindly for your information I Nadeem Aijaz living in Chak number 2 Punjabi District Sanghar Sindh, I am in Saudi Arabia for job purpose and my family is living in same address and I have PTCL Number 0235560102 along with internet package also using of my family.
Dear sir, your concerned Exchange line Man Mr. Azhar (03453744449) and Mr. Zahid ( 03363702920) visit in my house and demand 4000/- thousand rupees for payment of PTCL Bill, after that my wife is hand over the same amount of Rs. 4000.00 Rupees for bill payment purpose but next month again bill came with remaining previous month amount after my wife informed me in Saudi Arabia through imo call. I immediately call to Mr. Azhar he said no problem you send me your bill I will wright off previous all charges, My son hand over the bill to Mr. Azhar and Mr. Zahid and after three days he is returned the PTCL bill duly amended in SDO office and I paid one month remaining charges round about 1500 and same next month happened I will complain again both persons he is again take bill and return after one month duly amended from SDO office again I will paid 3000 rupees.
It is therefore requested my request to you why he both line man playing with me and my family and why he is taken money direct from customer and I have some witnesses and proof again both persons, please need to solve my this matter immediately, I will pray for you and your kids you believe me my family is surfing very hard. I hope you take action and make inquiry why this happened.
