I am using ward postpaid service right from inception of Warid Telecom and never had any reason to complain. I was out of Pakistan from 16 jun to 20 Aug and returned on 21 Aug 17 and noticed that I have been charged Rs67 per month. I contacted Moblink office over the phone but did get a suitable response. So Last week I visited Mobilink office at University Road, Peshawar. I was attended by your official at counter No. 6 who checked the system and advised me that these are Data Charges although I am not availing any such package.
So I left the office and came home and checked my invoice and it showed that this was line rent and n data charges which were mis-stated and misguided by your official. You may check the invoice to verify the fact. Secondly from the begining I have never been charged any line rent and suddently it has started without any notice which is not acceptable to me and should be refunded forthwith. I would also request to convert my postpaid package to prepaid and refund my security deposit. Regard… Abdullah Abid
