R/sir,
i am branch Manager in HBL Anghapur, i have lodged complaint (No. 64 ) of PTCL line dead problem on 21-08-2017 and did call every morning regularly on 1236 for the status of my complaint but every time i talk to new CRO, Supervisor etc and every one tells me that this time this problem must be resolved but still my problem is unresolved, the lodge complaint and close from their end without any contact with me and when i call next day the lodge another from their end and close again from their end when their deadline is completed i did mor than 15 times and wasted more than 10 hours on telephone but no one is willing to resolve our issue i did contact with CRO, Supervisors, and floor managers in which i remembers some names in supervisors 1.Mr.Mohsin, 2.Madam Nowsheen, 3.Madam Arosa,4.Mr.Zarar ……etc but still problem is unresolved kindly check numbers of calls and numbers of complaints and take strict action against those who have wasted my time and investigate the problem( one floor manager told me that one complaint (84) is close by remarks ” cable problem in area “i asked him do you know that i am calling from same HBL branch on 0939-570286 and regularly from 21-08-21017 cable is ok and in the same branch other PTCL line complaint is closed with remarks of cable problem in area, is it possible? Kindly investigate the issue and take necessary action against them.
