I have loaded Rs.200 and my net balance was Rs.153.57. I purchased monthly sms bundle against Rs.48. After few seconds my balance was Rs.7 only. I called help line for inquiry, they replied that you have subscribed that bundle thrice. But actually, I received confirmation of that pakage only once.
I protest against this crucial act.
