Lying, cheating, bullshit company.
Their estimated fare is useless. They will overcharge you.
There customer service agents are rude and arrogant and apparently the customer service managers and supervisors don’t lower themselves by talking to customers.
Use careem, get taken on a scenic tour of lahore instead of a direct route, pay nearly twice as much for your journey – where the waiting time on your bill is higher than the actual driving time even though the car barely stopped at traffic lights etc, then when they spam you asking how your journey was and you reply “rubbish, the driver wasted my time and defrauded me”, they will reply ” thank you and hope to see you soon”
So you never use them again and then start getting rubbish special codes from them. So you ignore them. So they email you and ask why you don’t use them and you point out the rubbish journey and they claim they will resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Many promises later, they claim that they can’t access my journey details to justify my complaint and no manager/supervisor will give them the details nor speak to customers directly because speaking to customers is beneath them.
Screw you careem you dirty thieves. Another proud, corrupt Pakistani joke company that keeps Pakistan behind the rest of the world and tarnishes its reputation world wide. I
