Complaint Against Captian
I want to complaint against the captain of the car Captain Name=Usama Shafiq ,Suzuki Swift 1.3 Number ACV-840. He picked me yesterday from Gulshanabad street 60 near morgah for destination near Ayub park rawalpindi. ( His internet was not connect due to some network problem,he drive very slowly to increase the time and at last when i reach the destination and ask him what are the charges , still his internet was not connected.Ride was not start and end. he told us you pay 286 rupees. the estimated cost is 180 maximum because the distance is not too much and he drive very slowly. i gave him 200, after some time he credited 86 rupees in my account.
Note: Its his mistake that his internet was not connected at that time and without starting or ending ride, how he charge double charges without any reason. please take some action on it and clear my account from -86 rupees. You can check that also i give the number of the car ,captian and car name.
