Respected Sir,
With the great veneration it is stated that I had applied for a new connection, very next day I was paid the amount of Rs 3000/- dated 22/01/2013.
After 3 years (SNGPL) Peshawar Office called me that your gas meter received for installation write your address, anyhow survey officer come on the spot and told me that your meter will be installed tomorrow this was in end of 2016.
Next day meter installation team come and told me that we are not able to provide you small (wilding instrument) so you will manage for yourself for meter istallation.
Next day I complaint against the installation team in his office which I discussed my neighbors around my house who have the gas meter I also attached the bills but all in vain.
I am tired from 2016 to till this date, inspite my gas meter was issued in 2016 but the (SNGPL) Peshawar office cannot taken serious action instead they have told me if you want to install your gas meter so give them 10000/- extra.
Therefore I request you to kindly serious action taken against the responsible persons and then direct the installation team to install my gas meter and oblige.
