hi sir i am a account holder at HBL Chowki Azad Kashmir branch with account no (437470005417667900119103000)and name FASIAL SALEEM
yesterday(16 Aug 2017) i send a amount 6 hundred thousand(1 five thousand packet and 1 one thousand packet) but the branch cashier refuse to submit my cash due to 2,2 notes are taped.State bank allow to all Banks to collect these type of note then y your Chowki branch is refusing again and again and the behavior or cashier and other staff is very bad.
we are facing many problem from this branch please solve these problems other vise we will transfer our account to another bank
