On 15th Aug 2017 6:35PM I requested a Careem Ride for my way back home from work. I booked my ride without any problem.
First of all I never received a text message from the Careem APP that my driver has arrived the location where i dropped my pin.
Secondly the driver never arrived at the pinned location. When I called to inquire the driver was standing somewhere else and suggested that I should come to him. Although my pinned location had no problems for any car to get there. I have used that location so many times before aswell.
Furthermore when I spoke to the driver on the call . He was rude and his behavior was not tolerable. Lastly he hung up on me and cancelled my ride. Which resulted in me getting a negative balance on my account. Also I had some amount in my wallet as well and now its Gone.
I am extremely disappointed in the level of service Careem Provides. From that day onwards I have shifted my preference from Careem to Uber atleast they know how to value customers and give them the best service that a customer needs. I am not sure whether my balance will be reverted or not or would i get my wallet amount back or not. All i know is that you dont train your Pakistani drivers well on how to use the Careem Application and how to handle customers.
I am attaching my screen shot from the phone for you to verify my location and the drivers location as he would not come to my pinned location. If this is how you plan to make money and rob customers of their money, then I think one must seek legal advice on how to get back at you people.
