Dear Sir!
We deposited security demand note for Rs 46000/= . As the same amount
have been charged in monthly bill.
The connection has been installed in ptcl office as for domestic use. whereas the bill have been charged in commercial category.
The area is tax exempted, but GST has been charged in monthly bill. Surcharge is not applicable like other offices. Whereas the bill show the same.
As for the said purpose we attended the concern office several times but in vain.
Hence, your kind honor is requested as redress the above grievances as to pay the bill well in time plz.
