Respected sir,
it is very critical situation for telenor customer that from last few weeks the network of Telenor is not working in Abbottabad approximately 95 percent of people are using telenor network they are facing same situation and customer care agents are not taking serious notice of this problem are they are just making fun of customer calls it is not good for company reputation please take a serious notice
