Dear sir
it is very sad to say that Since last January 2017 HESCO Digri has issue 4 time detuction charges which is totally illeaguule
There is No LT all meters are hanged at Transformer at public place
there is only simple power of Fans Blub is being consumed then why over 5000 Rs dedtucion charges is being issued
There are 12 regular meters and all paying timely bills
This is must to mention that meter readers almost every time of reading asked to clients for amount to prevent this charge however in case of refuse
Even Two Reader Mr Saeed Ahmed Qaimkhani and Haresh Kumar has challanged to impose these charges when we refused to pay them
So therefore please Take an emmidiate action against all officials of HESCO Sub Division Digri District Mirpur Khas and give the justice to we poor public of Village Gujjar Kot HESCO Sub Division Digri
