My name is Abrar Hussain resident of Chak No. 109 S.B, Tehsil and District Sargodha and employee in Pakistan Army serving at Hyderabad Station at that time. Sir, I am MSc. I applied for new gas connection facility vide application number 1551715840 dated 7 September 2010 (scanned copy attach). It was a long service case and 50 meter extra pipe was required for provision of gas facility. After technical vetting and operational feasibility of Gas Department, I was asked to deposited demand notice in the respective bank in August 2016 after 6 years which I deposited in the MCB Ltd Satellite Town Branch Sargodha on 10 August 2016 (scanned copy attached). My gas meter was issued on 25 Oct 2016 as per office record but neither service nor connection was provided to me. When I met Mr Nouman Service Section (officer) he said that my case has just approved by RM not ordered to provide facility to me. I then met to Secretary Mr Waqar and asked him to get it approve for gas connection facility. He discussed my case with RM. RM told that this case has already been approved by me. Why gas connection facility has not yet been provided to the individual. Mr Waqar called Mr Nouman and told him all conversation with RM and instructed Mr Nouman to provide gas connection facility. Mr Nouman asked to provide photocopies of the document which I provided him. He promised me to provide gas connection facility in the month of Apr 2017 which he did not. I visited Sui Gas Office in the month of July 2017. Mr Nouman had been changed from service section and Mr Khalid was present there. I show him documents and asked to provide gas connection. He asked concerned representatives handing over documents to them to provide service as well as gas connection. After a lapse of one month no gas connection was provided. I again met Mr Khalid and remind them, he again asked documents which I provided. He said that my case has been approved by RM but no order is mentioned here for provision of connection facility. I told him that the same question was raised by Mr Nouman and was clarified by Mr Waqar. You may ask anyone of them. He regretted and said I need signatures of RM. I on 9 August spent whole day. RM and Mr Waqar both were not present. I am not a resourceful person so everyone tries to get rid of me. Is this my responsibility to get signature from RM. What all officers are doing there? If I don’t follow my case, there will be no progress. No check and balance is held in the department. No one knew how many cases are pending to work. I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it at earliest as gas is a basic need of every house. If it seems impossible then please return my demand notice fees Rs. 6000/- . I have kept myself in control by using abusive behavior although they deserve for that. Gas Office is 20 Km away from my village. No one consider these things. I have great expectations from you. I did not tell a lie during my whole conversation however, unnecessary details which made me frustrated not told. My contact Numbers are:-
