I booked a Careem car today around 5:50pm at korangi industrial area. I traveled in it and my destination was north nazimabad block-E, Karachi. I already had 298 rupees in my Careem credit. When the ride ended I was shocked to hear that the bill was 769 rupees. Even when there was a peak factor, 1067 rupees is an insanely large amount to charge for this distance. I use Careem almost thrice a week for the same distance and I’m quite aware of the bill Careem app charges for this distance. This is clearly a mistake. I’m very disappointed as I’ve been a sincere customer of Careem since a long time. Please look into this matter. I’ve also attached my screenshot of the ride details for your reference. My cell phone number that I use for my Careem account is +923232961879.
