With due respect it is stated that the petitioner have been serving in COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) Wah Campus as Lab Supervisor since last twelve and half years. The CIIT is a public sector institute that comes under ministry of Science and Technology. Unfortunately on July 3, 2017 I received job termination letter mentioning that my job is terminated from Jun 30, 2017. The termination of services is based on “not renewing the so called contract”. It is requested to checkout all my appraisal forms from 2005 to 2017 I was illegally posted to admin from EE department for the purpose above subject
The termination of my services not renewing the contract is illegal and unlawful. The statutes of CIIT 2009, clearly protect employees from the way of termination of services as being adopted by The caretaker superannuation Director COMSATS WAH and against supreme court order
(The decision of Caretaker is against of supreme court order)

The section 31 of the statutes says
Here by it may be said safely that the authority have not adapted the written methodology rather they have not renewed my contract and this action is totally beyond the written laws.
Sir I am law obedient and hardworking person never received letter of concern and show cause letter. Actually along other employees of CIIT I am victim of male administration, harassment and abuse of authority. Here is the abuse of authority section written in “Harassment and Abuse of Authority statutes 2009”. Unfortunately Sir, the caretaker Director COMSATS WAH is misusing his authority and I am victim of Abuse of Authority. I wonder how a caretaker can decide to terminate employees in such a massive number along with after so long satisfactory service without following the written methodology of termination.
Hereby it has worth to mention that my daughter is suffering from chronic liver disease and requires continuous treatment. In this hard time it is very difficult for me to provide her medicines in time.
Keeping above in view, I will be unable to meet these challenges if my job is terminated. I therefore request for your kind interference and withdrawal of my terminations on 30th June. I will be highly thankful for this act of kindness.
