Dear Concerned,
It is with great sorrow that I write to you today regarding your Mobilink GSM network service. I am writing this application on behalf of the users from Chack # 9MB, 8MB, 7MB, 6 MB, 11-12MB and related localities (Tesil Quidabad, District Khushab, Punjab). We have been experiencing severe interruptions to GSM network availability since 2004. And, more specifically, we are now unable to give or receive any call on Mobilink network at our area from last few months. Most of the people here now believe that because we are not available with the service from Mobilink, that is why they should switch thieir network from Mobilink to Zong or Telenor. But this is worth mentioning here that all of the 30,000+ Mobilink users of this area have assured their loyalty with Mobilink from 2004 to till now and still do not want to change their network but non-availability of Mobilink service in this area is forcing people to shift their network.
The signals related problem was since 2004 but we were able to give or attend calls at that time, but from last few months we are not able to attend or give call from Mobilink network because signals went down severely. All this area have many students studying in intermediate, under-graduate & post-graduate programs, and they also need internet facility from Mobilink network but unfortunately Mobilink is even not providing them facility to make or receive calls.
We have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond our control, and that you are not providing the service we are paying for. I would normally ask that you call me at the Mobilink number listed below, but since I cannot guarantee that I will be able to find any call on my MobilinkWarid network, I would prefer that you email me at my email address.
Again, I would like to humbly request you that please solve this problem as soon as possible. If you are required with a piece of land to place your network pole, I can provide my place for this purpose also. So, Please solve this problem and prove Mobilink’s loyalty with the consumers of Mobilink service in this area as they have proved it from last 13 years.
